Hamp Moody to Speak at 2011 Council on Litigation Management Conference
January 2011

New York, NY - - (PR.COM) - - January 2011 - - Mr. Hamp Moody, Attorney at Quilling, Selander, Cummiskey & Lownds, P.C. has been selected to speak at the 2011 Annual Conference of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM).  Mr. Moody is slated to speak on the topic “Commercial Litigation:  Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd.”

The conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2011.  It will be held March 23-25 in New Orleans, LA, will feature approximately 250 speakers and is expected to draw attendees from around the world.  Registration for the conference is now open at www.litmgmt.org/annual-conference.

Hamp Moody is a shareholder in Quilling, Selander, Lownds, Winslett & Moser, P.C. with thirty (30) years of experience in representing domestic and foreign primary and excess insurance companies in a broad range of tort, contract and business disputes.  He specializes in handling first- and third-party coverage claims, as well as extra-contractual “bad faith” litigation.  In addition, he has experience representing both domestic and foreign underwriters in reinsurance arbitrations and litigation.  Moody is an experienced trial lawyer who has obtained defense verdicts in cases ranging from routine tort cases lasting as little as three (3) days, to complex bad faith cases lasting ten (10) weeks.  He has also had success at the appellate level where he has represented carriers on a number of key insurance issues.  Moody has also been recognized for his legal skills by his peers.  He has been voted a “Texas Super Lawyer” each year since 2004, one of the “Best Lawyers in America” since 2006, and one of “America’s Leading Business Lawyers” since 2003.
