Advises and represents intellectual property clients in contract, copyright, and trademark transactions, including registration, licensing, infringement, and royalty issues.
Attorney for Department of Defense prior to entering private practice. Advised and represented government clients involved in all aspects of the federal contracting process, including negotiating and awarding contracts, resolving performance disputes, litigating claims, and terminating contracts. Represented government clients in cases before the Board of Contract Appeals, Claims Court, and General Accounting Office.
