Practice Description

Mr. Burton is a native of central Texas who left the hill country to attend Texas Tech University followed by the SMU Dedman School of Law. During law school Mr. Burton externed with Hunt Oil Company’s legal team, worked as a law clerk with QSLWM, served on the executive board of the Corporate Law Association, and interned with Judge Charles A. Stephens II in Comal County.

Mr. Burton’s practice involves representing clients in a variety of litigation matters including commercial and civil defense litigation, consumer financial litigation, premises liability and non-subscriber defense, creditors’ rights, real estate litigation, and business litigation.
