Practice Description

Mr. Price has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters and professional liability disputes. His primary focus is complex insurance litigation, including coverage disputes, first party property claims, insurance “bad faith” litigation, as well as defense of insureds in a variety of business and professional liability disputes. Although primarily on the defense side, his practice includes representation of plaintiffs in complex commercial and insurance litigation.
