Practice Description
Ms. Lewellen serves clients in a wide variety of real estate and banking matters, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of retail, office, industrial, hotel and mixed-use properties. She routinely handles complex financings involving syndicated credit facilities and mezzanine loan structures. She has particular expertise in the financing of production home builders and residential subdivision development, as well as representing financial institutions in the management and disposition of distressed assets.
