Practice Description

Timothy Azevedo is a commercial litigator who is passionate about client-centered service that is carefully tailored to the individual needs of each case. The heart of his practice is devoted to working with insurance clients in understanding and articulating their coverage rights and obligations with respect to their policyholders, and advocating on behalf of those clients when coverage disputes arise.

Timothy draws on several years of insurance industry experience in his practice. He worked as a claim adjuster, then as an underwriter, before becoming an attorney. While the industry continues to evolve, his real-world experience spanning from the initial stages of underwriting to the final payout of a claim enables him to offer services that are rooted in his perspective and insight into his clients’ businesses.
