Ms. Nicodemus is a Litigation and Appellate Attorney representing corporate clients in federal and appellate courts across the country. Her practice includes consumer financial litigation and business litigation, as well as employment litigation and employment law compliance counseling. She also regularly provides legal assistance to non-profit organizations, particularly in the arts.
Camille engages clients in a goal-oriented approach to conflict and works with them to identify proactive business strategies to minimize future litigation and also to identify key cases to defend in order to advance favorable case law on her clients’ behalf, focusing a seasoned brief-writer’s skills with a proven track record in front of Federal Judges and panels of Appellate Judges to make an impact beyond any individual case.
Camille also brings business management experience along with a practicing lawyer’s skills to each engagement. She has held Executive Director positions in the profit and non-profit sectors, working to set up business processes, manage budgets, contracts and human resources functions, and worked to build up business relationships, corporate and grant support, and assisted in securing 501c3 status for several entities.
