Kimberly Harris has extensive experience in civil and commercial defense litigation, including insurance defense, premises liability and non-subscription, transportation, and business and commercial disputes. Kimberly has tried cases in both Texas state and federal courts and has prosecuted and defended appeals in Texas courts of appeal and in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kimberly’s experience also includes managing high-volume litigation cases related to gig economy issues and collateral recovery for financial institutions and creditors.
Kimberly is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Women Lawyer’s Association. Kimberly is also involved in ALFA’s hospitality and retail practice group as both a member of the steering committee and the program chair. Kimberly is also a member of the steering committee for ALFA’s women’s initiative practice group and gig economy practice group. Kimberly is a frequent speaker and presenter on various topics within these practice groups.
