Lexi Schultz’s practice centers on insurance coverage and litigation. She represents insurance carriers in first-party property disputes and assists with the analysis and resolution of coverage issues under commercial and residential property policies.
During her time at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, Lexi served as Secretary of the Board of Advocates, Publications Editor for the On the Cusp Law Review, and as a Teaching Fellow for Legal Writing.
Lexi competed in multiple moot court competitions, notably placing as a semifinalist in the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition and earning second place in the Notre Dame National Appellate Advocacy Tournament for Religious Freedom. She was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization recognizing excellence in oral advocacy, and received the State Bar of Texas Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.
