Ms. Grubbs’ practice centers on complex civil litigation. She is dedicated to achieving favorable results for clients through strategic and aggressive litigation advocacy. Sasha regularly represents homeowners, general contractors, or subcontractors in construction litigation. Currently her practice includes insurance defense claims including premise liability, construction defect, and coverage claims but her practice also includes complex real estate issues such as foreclosures, title issues, and landlord/tenant issues that sometimes involve receivership work.
She has handled complex real estate cases involving both commercial and residential properties exceeding over 1+ million dollars in worth. Sasha recently received a favorable award in arbitration representing a contractor wherein Plaintiffs were seeking 2+million dollars in damages. Sasha has represented clients in Muli-District Litigation with over 300+ parties and successfully settled many cases. Sasha is often in the court room advocating fervently for her clients. In undergrad, Sasha was involved in research conducting studies for social psychology focusing on group processes and intergroup relations. This background beneficially serves her in jury trials in obtaining favorable awards for her clients. In law school, Sasha received awards for her oral advocacy.
