Najeeb currently focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and debt servicers in consumer finance litigation involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act across the country.
He is focused on delivering practical and results-driven legal solutions to his clients through advocacy and understanding of the consumer finance industry.
Born and raised in Afghanistan, Najeeb moved to the United States after serving as an interpreter for the United States military in Kabul, Afghanistan.
