Practice Description
Will Huse is an experienced litigator who has appeared in hundreds of Federal Court cases focused on achieving quality outcomes for his clients. With licenses in both Ohio and Indiana, Will has also acted as counsel for corporate clients (large and small) on a wide array of issues, depending on their needs. Mr. Huse has a current focus on consumer finance litigation, focusing on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, employment law and business litigation, in general.

- Represents clients in consumer financial litigation, with special focus on FCRA cases.
- Won numerous summary judgment decisions for credit reporting agency against allegations agency did not maintain reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy.
- Won numerous early dispositive motions in favor of credit reporting agency in support of agency’s credit reporting business practices.
- Obtained favorable settlement terms in numerous FCRA matters.
- Won arbitration award against home manufacturer for defects in home plumbing systems.
- Obtained $3 million default judgment against financial lender for alleged fraudulent investment schemes.
- Won bench trial in favor of public housing authority related to housing authority’s ability to provide significant upgrades to public housing properties.
Employment Litigation - Achieved numerous settlements in employment matters related to alleged discrimination based on race, age and gender.
