Practice Description

Mr. Vinson has extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court. He has previously performed extensive work in insurance, personal injury, and commercial disputes. His current practice consists of real estate, secured credit, and finance litigation. In addition, Mr. Vinson has extensive experience in capital markets and finance transactional work, including on SEC reporting and issuances of bonds and securities.

Represented large nationwide non-subscriber retailer in dozens of personal injury suits brought by employees.

Represented business owner in trade secrets dispute.

Represented financial entity in large multinational bond issuance.
