Sharonda Roberson

Sharonda Roberson is an experienced attorney with a strong background in complex consumer financial litigation and compliance as well as a growing focus on data privacy and cybersecurity. She currently practices in federal court, specializing in matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Sharonda brings valuable in-house experience, having advised on both consumer litigation and privacy compliance for major organizations. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), with expertise in privacy and cybersecurity compliance, regulatory risk assessments, data governance, and internal policy development. She is passionate about helping organizations stay ahead in an evolving digital and regulatory landscape.

Sharonda serves as a Board Director with the Dallas Bar Association and is the President-Elect of the J.L. Turner Legal Association. She is also a member of the 2024 DAYL Leadership Class, where she continues to lead and contribute to meaningful initiatives in the legal and broader community.
