Practice Description
Jacob Hatcher focuses his practice on civil and business litigation with a specialty in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Before joining the firm, he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, handling matters from misdemeanors to complex felonies and later concentrating in the Special Victims Unit on sensitive domestic-violence cases. That prosecutorial experience honed his skills in case strategy, risk assessment, and decisive courtroom advocacy; skills he now applies in civil litigation. Prior to law, Jacob worked in luxury retail for almost a decade, building a strong foundation in client service, professionalism, and relationship management. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2023, where he served on the governing board of the Lambda Law Society. Jacob is an active member of Newfields, WFYI, and the Indianapolis Men’s Chorus.
