Practice Description

Mr. Moser has been board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law since 1990. His practice involves all aspects of commercial and consumer bankruptcy law. He routinely represents debtors and creditors in Chapter7 matters, Chapter 11 matters and/or Chapter 13 matters. Many of Mr. Moser’s Chapter 7 cases involve IRS tax issues. Mr. Moser’s Chapter 11 practice focuses upon business reorganization. Additionally, Mr. Moser serves as a Chapter 7 Trustee in the Eastern District of Texas and as a Chapter 11 Trustee in both the Eastern District of Texas and the Northern District of Texas. As a Chapter 11 Trustee Mr. Moser has operated numerous businesses including a sizeable on-line dating company, a horse farm with over 300+ horses, a real estate brokerage company, a telecommunications company and several oil and gas companies.
