Practice Description
Alexandra Vargas focuses her practice on consumer financial litigation, with an emphasis on matters arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related compliance issues. She brings experience across federal and state courts, including prior work in premises liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice defense, together with roles supporting complex judicial decision‑making.
Before entering private practice, Alexandra served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and later as a Staff Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. While in law school, she was an Associate Editor for the Maryland Law Review. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Legal Services for Administer Justice, overseeing multi‑state legal‑aid operations and attorney engagement.
