Practice Description

Ms. Raibourn is a shareholder in the Family Law Section at QSLWM and is Board Certified
in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has practiced exclusively in
the area of Family Law for over 28 years. Ms. Raibourn handles all cases impacting children
and families, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, custody, child support,
enforcement, paternity, termination and adoption, and modifications of Texas and out-of-state
orders. She enjoys trial work and has tried numerous jury and bench trials throughout the
state.

Representative Experience

Ms. Raibourn has represented clients in the State District, Family District, and Appellate
Courts across the state of Texas, including in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Parker,
Rockwall, Wood, Kaufman, Van Zandt, Henderson, Montague, Wise, Johnson, Leon, Harris,
Travis, Bexar, and Hildalgo counties, as well as in the U.S. District Court, Northern District
of Texas.
