Practice Description
Jon Lautin’s practice consists of representing both insurance companies and self-insured entities in a variety of litigation matters, including the transportation industry. Mr. Lautin has represented numerous large transportation companies in all aspects of litigation and claims management. He has defended cases involving motor vehicle incidents, including large-scale trucking disputes, property damage cases, and cases involving claims arising from or caused by independent contractors.
