Practice Description
Kendall currently focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, banks and debt servicers in consumer financial services litigation involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Deceptive Trade Practices Act across the country. During law school, Kendall served as the Managing Editor of Business of the Texas International Law Journal and also served as an Officer of the Texas Business Law Society and Student Bar Association. Kendall also interned at the Texas Business Court in Austin. In his free time, Kendall enjoys interior design and gaming.
