About Our Practice
The firm has vast experience representing all types of motor carriers, household goods carriers, food service companies, manufacturers with private fleets, brokers, and international and domestic freight forwarders in litigation involving business and commercial disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and freight and cargo claims. Our attorneys have successfully tried many actions in federal and state court involving transportation and logistics claims and issues. The firm has transportation attorneys with over 30 years of experience who can lead and guide clients, and minimize exposure to clients, when an accident or emergency occurs. Those attorneys are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as part of an emergency response team available to clients, including access to independent adjusters, accident reconstructionists, and environmental specialists.

One of our attorneys is uniquely qualified to advise members of the transportation and logistics industries, having participated in and completed several hands-on truck driving training courses, including the National Safety Counsel’s Defensive Driving Course for Professional Truck Drivers.
