Practice Description
Rian Nealon’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex matters, including consumer and business bankruptcies, and creditors’ and trustees’ rights in bankruptcy proceedings. During law school, he clerked for multiple attorneys at QSLWM, gaining practical experience in case preparation, motion practice, and courtroom procedure. With a strong foundation in bankruptcy law and a commitment to client-focused advocacy, he is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate financial challenges with clarity and confidence.
Outside of the office, Rian enjoys spending time with his wife, watching the Chicago Bears with his family, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
