Professional/Civic Activities
- Prior to attending law school, Scott studied music at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, and has graduate training at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
- In addition to his full-time schedule as an attorney, Scott is a member of the Sanctuary Choir at Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana and regularly performs with members of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and other local ensembles.
Practice Description
Scott Brady is an experienced federal court litigator who represents clients in complex business litigation and focuses his practice on defending consumer reporting agencies, background check companies, and tenant screening companies against claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other federal and state laws. Scott is the recipient of the IndyBar’s esteemed Professional Award for his tireless work on a constitutional and religious freedom case.
