David Hoffmann

Practice Description

Mr. Hoffmann is a shareholder in the Family Law Section at QSLWM and is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He focuses his practice on helping individuals and families cope with the often trying issues associated with divorce, property division and child custody.  Mr. Hoffmann utilizes his extensive litigation experience in a manner designed to protect his clients’ interests while focusing on ensuring that the best interest of the children are protected throughout the process.

Representative Experience

Mr. Hoffmann has represented numerous clients in various family law matters in the Family Courts of Dallas County and Tarrant County as well as the District Courts of Collin County, Denton County, Ellis County, Kaufman County, Parker County and Rockwall County.  Family law issues Mr. Hoffmann has litigated include Divorce, Complex Property Division, Child Custody, Grandparent Access, Termination of Parental Rights, Adoption, Paternity, Child Support Enforcement, Possession and Access, and Family Violence.

Ms. Evans has extensive family law experience with complex property divorce cases and highly litigated custody matters, uncontested divorces, pre and postmarital agreements, adoption and termination suits, enforcement of child support and possession, and modification of child related issues.

She practices primarily in Dallas County, Collin County, Denton County, Rockwall County, Tarrant County and surrounding counties.

Derek Bragg

Practice Description

Mr. Bragg primarily practices family law focusing on issues surrounding divorces, property division, contested custody matters, adoption and termination suits,  enforcement and modification of child and property related issues.

Mr. Bragg also represents clients in complex commercial litigation, contract disputes and business torts, as well as represents bankruptcy creditors involved in Chapter 7, 11 and 13.

Representative Experience

Mr. Bragg has represented numerous clients in family law matters in Dallas County, Collin County, Denton County, Tarrant County, Ellis County and Rockwall County. His litigation experience includes modifications of child related issues, contested divorces, marital property division, termination and adoption, child support, paternity, enforcement matters, and possession and access issues.

Mr. Bragg has successfully argued family law issues in front of the Second Court of Appeals.
