Advises and represents national and local financial institutions, lenders, servicers, and secured creditors in all types of transactions and disputes, including loan origination, servicing, defaults, maturity defaults, defeasance, forbearance, foreclosure, re-structure, and work out.

Advises and represents intellectual property and entertainment industry clients in contract, copyright, and trademark transactions, including registration, licensing, music publishing, infringement, and royalty disputes.

Attorney for Department of Defense prior to entering private practice. Advised and represented government clients involved in all aspects of the federal contracting process, including negotiating and awarding contracts, resolving performance disputes, litigating claims, and terminating contracts. Represented government clients in cases before the Board of Contract Appeals, Claims Court, and General Accounting Office.
