Practice Description
Mr. Becraft counsels clients on an array of transactional matters with a focus on real estate and secured lending. He regularly advises clients regarding entity formation and structuring, due diligence, acquisitions, revolving lines of credit, and syndicated credit facilities.
Representative Experience
Represented Dallas area real estate developer and entrepreneur in acquisition financing and securities filing.
Represented North Texas-based utility contractor and construction services company in its sale of substantially all of its assets to a large utility holding company.
Represented a national healthcare management services organization in several of its acquisitions across the U.S.
Represented medical device and technology company in its acquisition of a major product line from a medical device company based out of St. Louis.
Represented San Francisco-based plastic surgery practice in its transaction with a large Chicago-based private equity firm.
Advised a national medical spa organization in its contribution and exchange of equity transaction with private equity.
